Pastor Wendell grew up in El Paso and started his journey with Christ when he was a teenager at summer youth camp in Texas.
In the summer of 2020, after 30 years of ministry and service, God gave Wendell and a group of families a vision for a new church plant in northeast El Paso. And so Alive Fellowship Church began.
His vision for Alive Fellowship Church is to BE the Church to people living in a broken world.
Wendell’s passion is to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout El Paso and the world. His desire is for Alive Fellowship Church to carry out the vision of being a compassionate church where all people can experience the love of Jesus through changed lives.
Pastor Wendell and his wife, Karen, have been married over 30 years and have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. They look forward to getting to know you and helping you discover God’s purpose for your life.
